These terms apply to the founding pilot and any Core or Plus continuation supplied by JT WOODS LIMITED (company no. 07567436; VAT no. GB 140 2413 68), trading as Edge Agents AI.
Your submitted order or Stripe subscription, these terms and our written scope confirmation form the agreement. Service is activated only after cleared payment and written confirmation of the capability profile, sector coverage and start date.
The pilot covers one profile and one sector for four weeks. Core covers one profile, a weekly shortlist, one detailed assessment and one 30-minute review per month. Plus covers up to three profiles, up to three detailed assessments and two 45-minute reviews per month. Monitoring, signals and assessments remain subject to source availability and the detailed scope shown at purchase.
You must provide accurate, lawful, non-classified information; verify your own certifications and capacity; keep portal access and bid documents under your control; and make all bid, legal, compliance and commercial decisions.
The pilot is £250 including VAT and does not renew automatically. Core is £495 and Plus is £995 including VAT per monthly billing period. Monthly plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel before the next billing date to avoid the next charge; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Separately quoted work requires written acceptance.
Reasonable-use email support means concise questions about delivered monitoring and assessments. Bid writing, tender-response production, extensive buyer research, extra profiles, extra assessments and work outside the stated caps are excluded unless separately agreed and quoted.
Assessments are decision support, not legal advice, a guarantee of opportunity completeness, buyer acceptance or contract award. Public sources may be incomplete, amended, delayed or unavailable. We distinguish verified facts, supplier claims, inference and unresolved checks.
Each party will protect the other's confidential information and use it only for the service. Do not provide classified, export-controlled or security-sensitive information. Personal data is handled under our privacy notice.
Each party retains its existing materials. Once paid, the customer may use delivered briefs internally for its own opportunity decisions. Edge Agents AI retains its methods, templates, software and general know-how.
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, JT WOODS LIMITED's aggregate liability arising from a service is limited to the fees paid for it in the preceding three months, and indirect or consequential loss and loss of profit, revenue, opportunity or anticipated savings are excluded.
Either party may end for material breach not remedied within a reasonable written period, or immediately for unlawful or unsafe use. If we cannot deliver for reasons within our control, we will refund the undelivered proportion; customer change of mind after activation is not refundable.
Changes must be agreed in writing. Neither party may transfer the agreement without consent, except as part of a lawful business transfer. English law governs and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
