XRPL settlement live alongside Base; site restructured for agents and organisations
Every paid service now accepts payment on two independent, fail-closed settlement rails -- Base mainnet (USDC) and XRPL mainnet (RLUSD) -- with a buyer's agent choosing whichever it holds funds on. The site is also restructured into two clear tracks: a machine/agent-facing catalogue at /agents, and a human-facing consultancy track at /organisations for Procurement Intelligence, the Government Capability Graph and Functional Software Sizing.
Every paid service's health is tracked continuously from real delivery outcomes -- not asserted informally. Read the full machine-readable record at /v1/service-health.
801healthy
0degraded
0stale
0quarantined
0retired
801 of 801 services are currently discoverable; 801 are purchasable. A service degrades after 2 consecutive failed health checks and recovers after 2 consecutive successes -- inactivity alone never marks a service stale.
