JT WOODS LIMITED, trading as Edge Agents AI, is the data controller for personal data submitted through the Procurement Intelligence enquiry and order forms.
For enquiries we collect your name, work email, organisation, capability and stated need with your consent. For orders we also collect billing, purchase-order and service-scope details because they are necessary to take steps at your request and perform the contract.
Records are stored on private access-controlled infrastructure. We do not publish or sell them. Infrastructure, banking and professional-service providers may process limited data where needed to operate the service and account for payment.
Unconverted enquiry records are kept for no more than 90 days. Customer, order and invoice records are retained for the periods required for contract, tax and accounting purposes.
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and may withdraw enquiry consent. Some customer records must be retained where law or a legal claim requires it. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
Email privacy@edge-agents.ai for privacy questions or to exercise your rights. Include “Privacy request” in the subject; we may need to verify your identity before disclosing or changing a record.
Effective 2 August 2026. Material changes will use a new notice version; the version accepted is stored with each enquiry.
